The Kings Cheer On The Knights

On September 13th, our Kings had the unforgettable experience of attending the Rutgers Scarlet Knights v. Norfolk State Spartans football game! From the energy of the crowd to the excitement on the field, the day was filled with team spirit, brotherhood, and memories that will last a lifetime. For many of our young men, this was their first time inside a college stadium, giving them a glimpse of campus life and the opportunities that higher education can bring.

Beyond the game itself, the trip was about connection—laughing together, cheering as one, and bonding over a shared experience. We’re grateful to Rutgers University for making this possible and to our dedicated staff and volunteers who ensured our participants had a safe and enjoyable time. It was more than just a game—it was a chance to broaden horizons and show our Kings what’s possible when they aim higher.
